We treat your privacy with complete respect.

We treat your privacy like we expect ours to be treated.

But here are the things you need to know.


Cookies are data that allow you to be tracked online.

Our site does use cookies but not because we are stalking you.  

We use cookies to help our business. 

This might be with re-targeting you online using a Facebook or Google advert.

We don't use cookies to find out any personal information, they allow us  to send you marketing information that might be of interest to  you.


When you give us your email address a few things happen.

Firstly if you add a comment onto a blog post your data will be held in the wordpress dashboard.

We don't use this for anything. But you can't add a comment without leaving us this data, it helps to reduce spam.

Next if you sign up for one of our newsletters or PDF content upgrades we will retain your email and name in both our Thrive Leads dashboard (in the website) and also in Aweber (the email service we use to deliver messages).

We will retain both and you will have to opt in, but if you want your details to be deleted just get in touch as we will sort this.

If you fill in our contact form your date goes into a service called Paperform.

It is retained in their cloud storage.

If you send an email directly to us we reserve the right to retain that information.

And that is about all we do with your information.


All details you supply to ourselves are stored by Aweber, our internal hard drives and  inside the Thrive Leads dashboard which is hosted online.

Our office is kept secure at all times and all staff have undergone data protection training.
